They were extremely respectful., and as a woman I felt safe with them in my home alone with them., which sadly is often not the case. They were very aware of me working from home, and were so quiet, I forgot they were there! They kept everything clean, very mindful to protect our furniture, breakables, etc Everything was done ON TIME, and it’s working great! Best customer service., dedicated and reliable. We just had our HVAC system replaced and all the duct work cleaned by ACR. The owner along with 4 or 5 other workers were here for about 5 hours. All very courteous, friendly and professional. The system runs quietly and I am sure will be extremely energy efficient. We highly recommend this company!! The price was reasonable and the office staff kept in touch as well. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

We have used this company several times and I honestly wouldn't use anyone else. I feel like when dealing with service providers you have to rely on their knowledge and honesty. ACR provides both. They have been thorough and skilled in identifying the issues we have experienced and are quick to replace what is needed to get the system up and running again. Other companies have been quick to suggest new systems, or pricey repairs and ACR has consistently been able to identify the issue and make the repair at a fair price with excellent technicians. They know what they are doing, they are polite, reliable, and do a fantastic job!

ACR fit me into their schedule quickly. The service manager was informative, explaining reasons for my past problems and offering sound advice. I called them because another air condition repair service had failed to show for several days. They cane within 4 hours and made the repairs.

Tom B and Robert did an amazing job. They cleaned what had to be 50 years of nicotine and tar off the vents, and eradicated the lingering super stale cigarette smoke out of the ducts and handler. Couldn't have asked for better.

We were at a loss after three different companies came to our home to try and rectify an awful smell coming from our attic creating an unliveable situation for my husband and I. Five weeks later those companies were unable to locate the problem. Lucky for us we were blessed to have a neighbor recommend this company. Two service technicians, Chris and Tom, arrived determined to help us out with our situation. After climbing into our attic and squeezing into impossible places they were able to locate a dead squirrel and two nests. Hallelujah! They fumigated the entire attic after the problem was removed and proceeded to improve the air quality in our home. A week later we are happy to say all is great! Thank you, Chris and Tom!!! Your service and resolve to help us are extremely appreciated as is your kindness!!! God bless you both and the company you work for!

We chose ACR as they are the best in the Sarasota area when it comes to mold control. I had part of my lung removed due to a dirt mold 5 years ago so we needed not only a good AC company but one that specifically could keep our home mold free. We appreciate their expertise and also that they are always ready to come out should there be a problem. One holiday weekend the AC went out and they were in route within 10 minutes and worked hard for several hours to fix the problem! The BEST!

Technician Chris M. & assistant Robert showed excellent technical expertise and were efficient in the mold remediation and air duct cleaning process. Hopefully, remaining portion of job-dry wall installation, painting and placement of shelving, etc. back to its original position will be equally as good.
