Price a bit high with the easy access to the unit from the garage ceiling, no furniture in the house to work around and very low amount of dirt in the ducts. Both service technicians very good and informed me on everything they did and was professional.

Shawn and Cody did a superlative job with remediation and maintenance on our AC unit. They remediated a ceiling to garage floor channel and replaced insulation on the suction line. Treated the area with a sealant and worked with Phillip and his team who closed up the drywall. In addition they discovered the AC filter was over a year old (new system was just replaced last July by another firm). Not happy we spent $15K for a new system and they couldn't replace the air filter. EXCEPTIONAL WORK! I have finally found an AIR CONDITIONING COMPANY that deserves my complete trust and confidence.

Delivered service as agreed. That is the what! It is the how that impressed me the most. The team was extremely polite, efficient and left the house as clean as they found it. They kept me engaged in what they found and how they were were going to treat it. I was happy to meet them. Another great observation was the way the supervisor treated these young people. He spoke most kindly when he gave an instruction and they followed it to completion. How you treat your employees is indicative of how they will be proud of their work. This was the culmination of mold remediation. They made the end of this job feel most complete.

What I like is that they are a smaller company and do not try and sell other things to me.They fix the problem and the price was better then the large companies around town. I had another company for 8 yrs.and you start out with one problem and it leads to a bigger problem with a larger bill.

I found ACR on Angie's List. They actually picked up the phone when I called them at 4 pm. The person I spoke with was very courteous, helpful and competent. The technician arrived the next morning right on time. He was able to diagnose and repair the air conditioner quickly. He was also very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Price was very fair and disclosed honestly. I would use ACR again.
