“Tilly and Lisa, the office managers, were so helpful when my nest thermostat wasn’t working. They didn’t want to send a tech if it meant sitting on a call with google support. After troubleshooting with Google (just online research - no Google person is available to help), I called back and they asked David, our tech, to call me for further troubleshooting. David knew exactly what the issue was, came out and fixed it that day. He also realized it was time for routine maintenance so he did that too while he was here. They installed another cold air return in another part of the house as well as ran new larger ducting as we were getting hot spots in certain areas. The system itself was filthy with dust and mold. “Was in the middle of a Zoom meeting when I realized my air was up to 82 degrees in the house! Called number on google and was able to get a response within 20 minutes! Tom(owner) was called back to ask if I wanted him to come out same night! Mind you it was 8:30pm! Well, I chose to wait, but they were so accommodating with my schedule and came to my house at 7:30am! Had my AC back up and running within an 1 1/2 hours! “The company came in did a thorough job of looking at our home to give us an accurate estimate. They explained what they wanted tondo, how they were going to do it so that we would understand everything on the quote. We agreed to work and the communication with the company was excellent setting up our install date. Day of install came and they were supposed to take two days, but we're able to complete it in one. They finished the install and it was like they weren't even here when they left. It's been two weeks and we could not be happier with their service. I HIGHLY recommend them.

UPDATE: it has been almost a year since ACR installed our system and it has worked flawlessly ever since. Still can't give this company high enough praises.

UPDATE 2; We had an issue with our compressor and they came out and diagnosed the issue and said it was all covered under warranty. On the day of the repair they showed up and took care of the issue and while doing the repair found another issue which they fixed as well and even did a tune up at the same time. This company has continued to keep the bar high and could not be happier with their performance and commitment.”

“I had my aging AC replaced and the ducts cleaned. ACR provided the best price upfront for a SEER 17 2.5 ton York AC and handler. They were on time, professional, clean and thorough. The team was lead by Tom. Who is also the owner, but the all knew there job s and performed them like clockwork.

I can't believe what I paid for this unit, nor the excellent 10 yrs parts and labor warranty. Unit is quite and powder coated - looks like a new car finish.

Finally, the team took great care to mitigate during the job, wearing masks and adding drop cloths everywhere. They even cleaned up with antibacterial cleanser. I did help by setting up a cleaning station with sanitizer. Room in Garage to work, leaving doors and lights on and a restroom for their use with disinfectant spray, paper towels and antibacterial soap. I also wore mask and cleaned hands often for their protection.

Very happy with results and my choice.”

“Initially had ACR come out to do duct cleaning. They were highly rated on Angie's list. Chris and his crew came out and started doing the prep work and after a few hours of work where they found that my blower motor was not securely fastened. They secured it and the noise/vibration inside the condo was reduced tremendously. They also said they could install vibration pads to further reduce it. They showed me where in a number of vents they were loose, not secured to the ceiling and with the flex duct work it wasn't securely sealed to the vents. They also informed me that based on the age of the flexible duct work (approx. 30 + years) that if they did the cleaning it could tear the insides of it apart. They showed me the deteriorated condition of some of the flexible duct work. They would do it if I wanted or provide me an estimate for the work. They had already been working 3 hours so I said to provide me the estimate. They left and the following day I got and estimate which I accepted. They returned the following week and put in vibration pads and when they said that the AC was on I couldn't believe how quiet it was compared to the way is used to be. They replaced the flex vents, and sealed them securely. Properly sealed the openings from the intake and exhaust vents to the AC Unit outside on the roof, and replaced the drain pipe from the unit. With all connections now really sealed the airflow into each of the rooms thru the vents has increased so much that you can feel the air blowing in and the return air exhaust has definitely increased to there is good air circulation. They had spent 12 hours on that day working and finished up the following day with an additional 1.5 hours. They ensured the flows were vacuumed clean. I cannot say enough about the work that they did and the difference it has made. I would highly recommend them. Thank You.”
