- Testing. If you can't tell what's causing the problem, we recommend starting with a test.
- Filtration. We install and maintain MERV 8 filters and higher to help remove dust, pollen and pet dander from the air. Better filtration also keeps your HVAC equipment cleaner.
- Humidity. Your AC removes some moisture as it cools, but on the Gulf Coast that often isn't enough. We install whole-house dehumidifiers, which tie into your ductwork and pull moisture out of the air whether the AC is running or not.
- Airflow. Rooms that don't get enough air from the vents can feel stuffy. We offer AC repair, and we replace ducts that leak or can't carry enough air.
- Ducts. If dust has built up in your ductwork, we offer air duct cleaning.
- Mold. Moisture problems and hidden mold often go hand in hand. Because we are licensed for mold remediation, we'll be able to help you with an inspection, or with mold remediation.

When should I get an indoor air quality test?
We recommend calling us if your home smells musty, the air feels stale or sticky, or dust comes back soon after you clean.
Some people also notice allergy-like symptoms that ease up when they're away from home.
That can be a sign the air at home is part of the problem.

Can my AC make the air in my home worse?
Yes. Your AC pulls air in from the house and sends it back out to every room. A dirty filter, contaminated ductwork or moisture inside the system can carry dust, mold spores and allergens along with it.
Can high humidity make indoor air quality worse?
Yes. In Florida, humidity is one of the main contributors to poor indoor air quality. Damp air gives mold and dust mites the moisture they need to grow.
